I’m passionate about reversing the trend of our increasing loneliness! My 3rd book, The Business of Friendship: Making the Most of the Relationships Where We Spend Most of Our Time is due out in August 2020. I love speaking around the country, contributing to media and appearing on TV shows, but, by far, my favorite part of my work is to connect with people like you to teach you everything I have learned to about appreciating yourself and others in relationships. My specialty is teaching breathing and meditation techniques that work quickly to provide relief.
