Why HeartStories is for you

What is HeartStories all about? ~ Crystal Gornto , founder HeartStories

When someone asks me what HeartStories is and why I started it, I sometimes venture off on a long story about purpose, passion and connection.   Now that we’re hosting the monthly Girl’s Night’s Out, I find myself sharing my behind-the-scenes story even more.  This is a video interview my friend Tilde created through her company, Womanars.

So if you’ve ever wanted to sit down with me to learn what HeartStories is all about, this is a great little one-on-one chat about my heart and passion behind what we do.

It was filmed in May of 2015.  At that time I was pouring my heart and soul into telling the stories of women social entrepreneurs and building an online shop to support and connect them.  It’s funny how just over a year later, that shop no longer exists.  I learned so much through that experience only the least of which is that building a retail shop is not one of my passions.  As a result, it’s not the best way for me to serve the women I seek to serve.

The best way?

Connect them, connect you.  I love connecting friends, throwing fun parties and catalyzing growth for people.  That’s what I’m best at.  So since this little video, I’ve made huge strides in structuring HeartStories in a way that it serves straight from my strengths and passions.

Which is exactly why we’re seeing so much excitement around these GNOs.

So if you’ve been drawn to what I’m doing with HeartStories over the years, but haven’t ever fully understood why it’s for you, this little ditty will shed a little light on it for you.

Most of all, I hope it encourages you and inspires you to take a step in the direction of your passion.

I hope it gives you a little more courage to leap. . . even if you’re not quite sure where you’ll land.

And to stop worrying about being perfect.

YOU are exactly who we need.

to more love,

Crystal

P.S.  We have such a great experience in store tonight.  Make your heart story a priority and join us.  You’ll only regret the chances you didn’t take.  I hope to see you there.
